I welcome confirmation that Albury Wodonga Health will adopt all recommendations from the independent workplace culture review conducted by Safer Care Victoria. I also welcome that the findings have been communicated to staff.

Given the strong community interest and concern, it is important that the review and its recommendations are also released publicly so the community can have confidence in the steps being taken to strengthen culture and governance.

Transparency is imperative to help ensure staff; patients and the broader community can see the pathway forward.
