RESIGNATION OF AWH CEO BILL APPLEBY

On the resignation of Albury Wodonga Health CEO Bill Appleby, Mr Justin Clancy, Member for Albury has said;

 ‘The departure of the CEO comes at a time of significant challenge for Albury Wodonga Health.

 I thank Bill Appleby for his service leading Albury Wodonga Health during a particularly challenging period for this cross-border health service.

 The appointment of Professor Way as interim CEO provides an opportunity for stability and to restore confidence.

 Ultimately, everyone wants to see positive health outcomes for our community, and that must remain the focus moving forward.’
